Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is a therapy technique that restructures how the brain stores painful or distressing memories. It teaches clients to replace the negative images in their minds with positive images in order to resolve triggers.
ART combines eye movements with bilateral stimulation to replace intrusive thoughts and resolve nightmares, phobias, panic attacks, and other stress-related disorders.
